Spatial Memory Mapping
Saturday, June 8th, 12:30pm-2pm
Using Visionaries + Voices’ artists Rob Bolubasz and Courttney Cooper as inspiration, participants will create abstracted ‘memory maps’ on paper using colored markers, ballpoint pen, and collage materials. Visionaries + Voices education staff and teaching artists will facilitate a brainstorm of ideas using visualization and sketching to begin. These sketches will then be turned into more complete drawn representations of spaces remembered and cherished by each participant.
In coordination with Visionaries + Voices.
