Gallery Practice Session (Part 2) with IFCM

Practice as Ritual  (Part 2): Gallery Practice Sessions in collaboration with the International Foundation for Contemporary Music

Noon–1:30 p.m.

In collaboration with The International Foundation for Contemporary Music, Dr. Brianna Matzke and Sso-Rha Kang are co-curating a two-part interdisciplinary performance that will explore both the practice and performance of ritual.

Part 1 – Invites two musicians and a poet to use the galleries to practice, rehearse, and create in the space during gallery hours.

Part 2 – Is a collaborative performance between the poet and musicians, that is in response to themes, concepts, and interpretations of ritual.
