Sam Evans is beyond thrilled to be returning to the Frankenstein place! She’s feels so incredibly honored to be performing The Rocky Horror Show the 50th anniversary of the movie release. Sam graduated from Wright State in 2024, and has since been working professionally in southern Ohio. Previous credits include Short North Stage (American Idiot), LaComedia Dinner Theatre (Ghost), and TheatreLab Dayton (Lizzie). Savannah is ecstatic to be making her debut at the Carnegie. Recent credits include HAIRSPRAY (Penny), DISNEY’S FROZEN JR. Caroline Rakestraw is so excited to be back at The Carnegie and to be reprising one of her favorite roles! A graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Theatre and concentration in Dance, her most recent credits include HAIRSPRAY (Amber VonTussle) with Cincinnati Landmark Productions, CHICAGO (Annie/Dance Captain) with TheatreLab Dayton, and MISS NELSON IS MISSING (Cheryl) with The Roxy Regional Theatre. Pam Kravetz The Narrator
“There is no business like show business.” Pam, a mural makin’, street paintin’ quilt sewin’, yarnbombin’, curatin’, flashmobin’, tutu wearin’ rootin’ tootin’ art monster, got bit by the theater bug. Now, she adds actor to her CV as a regionally & nationally recognized visual artist with more than 50 art exhibits & installations. You may know Pam as a visual artist whose artwork ranges from street art, interactive installations and performance art. Flamboyant and performative, it was inevitable that she would one day return to the stage. Pam is best known for her role in 1979 with the Indian Hill High School production of WINNIE THE POOH. Pam was Winnie the Pooh – she still remembers her favorite line, “tut tut, it looks like rain!” But, after last year’s run of The Rocky Horror Show, Pam can list the role of The Narrator as her most favorite role ever! Pam is over the moon, verklempt, and so incredibly excited to be making a return to theatre at The Carnegie! With its incredible staff, director, actors, musicians, stage crew & creators for the ROCKY HORROR SHOW. This is a dream come true be part of Rocky 2.0.
Kyle D. Taylor Riff-Raff
Kyle Taylor is overjoyed to return to the Carnegie stage as Riff Raff in THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW! Previously at The Carnegie, they appeared as Seymour in LITTLE SHOP OF Horrors, and Quasimodo in THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME. When not performing, Kyle serves as one of The Carnegie’s Education Associates, bringing arts integration to local schools in an effort to cultivate creativity and curiosity.

Dusty Ray Bottoms (Dustin Rayburn) Frank N’ Furter
DUSTY RAY BOTTOMS is a Kentucky native known for their career as a drag queen and stage performer in NYC, as well as appearing on the Emmy Award winning season 10 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. In addition to RPDR, Dusty’s screen credits include DASH & LILY (Netflix), HOT ONES (FX), VINYL(HBO), and the award-winning documentary CONVERSION. On stage, Dusty originated the roles of The Mistress of Ceremonies in the original musical CLEOPATRA(Off-Broadway) and The Narrator in the original play THE SALEM BITCH TRIALS (Off-Broadway), and has been fortunate to tour and entertain audiences around the world. Throughout their career, Dusty has used their platform to support causes close to their heart; most notably, The Louisville Pride Foundation, Ban Conversion Therapy Kentucky, The Trevor Project, and The Amandla Development in Philippi, South Africa. Dusty has been photographed for PLAYBOY, ATTITUDE, OUT, and ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE, as well as ads for MAC Cosmetics and SKYY Vodka.
Dusty can now be found performing regularly in Louisville KY Hosting Friday Nights /THE Drag Race Viewing Party at Big Bar, Drag Brunch at Le Moo and “The After Show Show!” At Actors Theatre of Louisville!

Ethan Kuchta is currently pursuing a B.S. in Game Development from Full Sail University. Evan Blust is a senior Musical Theatre major with a minor in Dance at Otterbein University. Ian Timothy Forsgren Ensemble, U/S Frank N’ Furter, Riff Raff
Ian Timothy Forsgren is elated to return to Rocky Horror at the Carnegie! Ian has performed and premiered work in numerous regional and international productions and festivals. He is also an award winning filmmaker previously featured in USA Today and international screenings; an award winning published photographer; and teaches yoga and pilates, in which he was named “Best New Fitness Instructor” by Cincinnati Magazine. Eric Byrd Director
Eric is a Cincinnati native who moved back home from NYC in 2016. Eric currently teaches in the musical theatre department at CCM and before that, served as Management Associate at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park and Associate Artistic Director at The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati. Favorite directing and/or choreography credits include CINDERELLA and SHE LOVES ME at CCM; RENT, GUYS & DOLLS, and THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW at The Carnegie; FOOTLOOSE and DISNEY’S NEWSIES at the Incline; ANNIE, SANTA CLAUS THE MUSICAL, RAPUNZEL’S HAIRY FAIRY TALE, and GARFIELD THE MUSICAL WITH CATTITUDE at TCT. Favorite performance credits include playing Bob Gaudio in JERSEY BOYS at Short North Stage and Bert in MARY POPPINS at TCT. While in NYC he worked in the casting office of Stewart/Whitley, assisting on numerous Broadway, National Tour, regional and cruise ship casting projects. He holds a BFA from Wright State University and an MA from University of Cincinnati.
Steve Goers (He/Him) Music Director
Steve is a Chicago native who relocated to Cincinnati in 2004. He is a member of the CCM musical theatre faculty, where he both teaches in the classroom and serves as musical director for department productions. Steve is an in-demand regional music director and has provided music direction for over 100 productions at companies such as Cincinnati Playhouse-in-the-Park, Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, and the Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati. Steve is a composer and orchestrator for film and stage. His works include seven feature films, including the award-winning “Over-the-Rhine,” and thirteen internationally distributed musicals for young audiences. Steve’s session work includes the Grammy-nominated “Ella Jenkins and a Union Friends Pulling Together.” When not working on a show, Steve plays keyboards and sings in several local bands, including the Clyde Brown Band, Aja: a Tribute to Steely Dan, the Ultrasonics, and Just Strange Brothers. Tyler Gabbard Scenic & Props Designer, Producer
Tyler is the Producing Director of Theatre at The Carnegie, recognized as Cincinnati’s “Favorite Local Theatre” by the BroadwayWorld Cincinnati Awards and praised by The Sappy Critic as the city’s “go-to theater for musicals.” The League of Cincinnati Theatres declared, “Under its new Theatre Director, Tyler Gabbard, The Carnegie has soared to new heights, quickly becoming one of, if not the, top choice for theatregoers in Cincinnati.” Before joining The Carnegie, Tyler held administrative roles at The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati, the Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts at Pepperdine University, and the School of the Arts at Northern Kentucky University. He is on the board of CCMPower and previously served as Vice President of the League of Cincinnati Theatres. Tyler worked with Ms. Tina Knowles for three years as the VIP Manager for her annual Wearable Art Gala. Tyler’s career began as the general management intern with Dodgers Theatricals, working on Broadway productions of MATILDA THE MUSICAL, JERSEY BOYS, and JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. As a scenic designer, his work has been seen in New York City, Los Angeles, and over a dozen venues in Kentucky and Ohio, including more than 20 productions at The Carnegie. He earned the BroadwayWorld Cincinnati Award for Best Scenic Design for his work on THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and is an alumnus of the Emerging Leadership Institute of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals. His accolades include the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Next Generation Leader Award, features in Movers & Makers’ Notables in Performing Arts, Queer Kentucky’s 25 Faces of Fairness, and Cincinnati Magazine’s Power 100 Rising Stars. Tyler resides in Bellevue with his husband, Jack Manion—an artist and educator—and their dog, Popsicle.
Jeff Shearer Costume Designer
Jeff is a freelance costume designer. He has designed at NKU and The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati. Jeff has also designed for theme parks such as Paramount Parks, Cedar Point, and Kennywood, and corporate clients such as Lucent Technologies and Cincinnati Bell Wireless. Cincinnati audiences have seen Jeff’s work at the School for the Creative and Performing Arts, the Cincinnati Opera’s outreach program, the Cincinnati Zoo’s Festival of Lights, and the CSO’s Home for the Holidays. Favorite projects include this one! As well as BEAUTY AND THE BEAST And SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL.
Julie Cowger (She/Her) Lighting Designer
Julie Cowger recently moved to Cincinnati from Los Angeles, CA where she was on the Lighting team at the Geffen Playhouse. She was recently honored with the 2024 Broadway World Cincinnati Award for Best Lighting Design for THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW. She is currently head of Lighting at The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati (TCT) and was previously in the Lighting Department at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park (CPIP) where she led and programmed in the Rouse Theatre. This included productions like FRIDA, A CHORUS LINE, SEVEN GUITARS, RING OF FIRE, SHANE, CLYDES, & A CHRISTMAS CAROL. Recent projects include TICK, TICK, BOOM! and SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL at The Carnegie where she is excited to remount THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW in October 2025! She designs and teaches lighting with the Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati’s Academy LIVE! program. She co-designed and programmed Drew & Lea Lachey’s LABEL-LESS at CPIP and continues to help grow the production. Julie was the Associate Lighting Designer for TCT’s SANTA CLAUS THE MUSICAL in their final season at the Taft Theatre and is looking forward to becoming the Lighting Supervisor at the newly renovated Emery Theatre in 2025. Michael is a stage management student at CCM and is so excited to be back at The Carnegie! With over 10 shows here – he has been the PSM for THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW (2024), ASM on TICK, TICK, BOOM!, KINKY BOOTS, and more. Currently, he is the ASM on the North American premiere of THE GREAT GATSBY with Cincinnati Ballet, returning after ASMing DIRECTOR’S VISION: NO BOUNDARIES and PLAYLIST. He spent the summer with Theatre Aspen, working on 8 productions including MAMMA MIA!, SOME ENCHANTED EVENING, DRIVING MISS DAISY, THE VAMPIRE, MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, and others. At CCM, he has ASM’d Benjamin Britten’s A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, IN THE GREEN, and is the PSM for DANCE WORKS 2025. Doug is in his sixth season at The Carnegie, where he has designed sets for LITTLE SHOP…, JOSEPH…, PROOF, AMERICAN IDIOT, DREAMGIRLS, and THE FULL MONTY in addition to overseeing tech for hundreds of concerts and rental events. Previously, he was Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati’s Assistant Technical Director and Master Carpenter. He was also the Technical Director and Scenic & Lighting Designer at Thomas Worthington High School, his Alma Mater. Graduate of UC-CCM.
Marcia Fortner Wardrobe Manager
Marcia is a recent graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a BFA in Stage Management. Mia Catherine is a Sound Designer & Audio Engineer based in Cleveland, OH. Her previous designs at The Carnegie include HELLO, DOLLY!, THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW (2024), TICK, TICK…BOOM!, and BEAUTIFUL: THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL. Kyle Imbronyev Production Technician
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northern Kentucky University. After working both on stage and screen in Los Angeles, CA, he moved back to Cincinnati and became the Artistic Director for a local high school.
